Such a cool vibe in this boutique property. They have paid attention to detail for sure. The fireplace, double sinks with his and hers products, robes and fridge with complimentary drinks are nice touches. The bed was seriously the most comfortable one I have EVER slept in…mattress, sheets and pillows are all top notch. We loved sitting in the cozy lobby playing games after a fun day in Yellowstone. The breakfast in the morning was yummy. And the staff was over the top helpful and kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

1. I was traveling with my parents. The unit has two bedrooms. So it was perfect for us.
2. The kitchen was fully furnished. It had everything you need for cooking, including some basic seasoning. There were not many good restaurants in the town or at the park. So bringing some groceries and cooking would be the best option. The kitchen really helped us a lot.
3. The host was very considerate. My name was on the door when checking in so it was really straightforward to find the right unit. Fruits, water, umbrellas were provided.
4. We could park anywhere near the home, which was very convenient for us.

West Yellowstone is a resort town built for a basically...
West Yellowstone is a resort town built for a basically captive audience of seasonal tourists. Consequently, as one might expect, it is expensive and chock-full of kitsch. Yellowstone NP is in a very remote area, and in-park accommodations are limited, expensive, and need to be booked a year (or more) in advance. So, staying outside the park, in West Yellowstone and Gardiner, is a popular option. We stayed in both, to have convenient access to different parts of the park. Yellowstone is huge, and trying to explore the park from just one location can result in an inordinate amount of driving and wasted time.
So, unless you're camping in the park or fortunate enough to land a room at one or more the in-park lodges, you will be staying in West Yellowstone or Gardiner, or both. They are tourist towns, first and foremost, and exist in their current state only because they are so close to the park and have no real competition. My better half doesn't mind the inflated prices and relentless kitsch. I do. YMMV.

It is convenient to Yellowstone, and the Inn is very close to the park. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, tourist shopping, and museums. The drive travellings to and from is beautiful. I recommend The Grey Wolf Inn.

Nice town with lots of choices for food, shopping and motels. Unfortunately, I would not stay at the Yellowstone Country Inn again. The Outpost had a very good breakfast. Dinner at Three Bears Restaurant and Old Town Cafe was very good. Staff at all three restaurants was also very good.

High Marks Rentals were great in customer service and friendliness renting great new model snowmobiles. Great eating establishments. Parked the snowmobiles right outside Kelly Inn for convenience. Full active days in the wonders of what God created.
Drove our snowmobiles to eat at night! Drove to the grocery. Gased up each day at the Sinclair a couple blocks on the way to trails and open fields. Very deep deep powdery snow. Especially up on Two Tops.
Tired at night. ☺️😴

Make sure you book snowmobiling tours to the national park at least a week ahead, we didn't know the park was closed on the west side so we ended up not seeing anything :/ (snow coach is extremely pricey, almost 500 bucks for two, so we couldn't afford it) snowmobiling is so much fun we ride on trails.

Most incredible trip ever!!
Most incredible trip ever!! Our family of five snowmobiled, saw so much wildlife, enjoyed dog sledding (Spirit of the North), shopping, and a sleigh ride to a nearby ranch (Parade Rest Ranch), where we ate a delicious chili lunch. To see Yellowstone in the winter was magical!
We ate at Bullwinkles, Hanks, Wild West Pizzaria & our favorite shop was the Rustic Bison.

The Kelly Inn in West Yellowstone, Wyoming was a wonderful place to stay while we visited Yellowstone National Park. The rooms are large, the breakfast each morning is exceptional, the staff is helpful and friendly, the pool is clean and a nice amenity to have at the end of a day of walking and touring, and the hotel has two laundry rooms which are so useful when staying for a week. The hotel is conveniently located for entering YNP and is immaculate and attractively decorated. A fantastic place to stay in West Yellowstone!
This is an ideal location for your Yellowstone vacation. It has a full kitchen set up, beautiful lake view, breakfast daily. Friendly and helpful staff made our visit perfect. I will definitely be back, and recommend anyone I know stay here. This is a small business and I make it a point to support entrepreneurs. This was a far better value than any chain hotel in west yellowstone. Don’t miss quake lake just 7miles from this awesome property. 15 min to west yellowstone entrance.
The stay was amazing, so close to park entry and to the beautiful downtown shop area of west Yellowstone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. S’mores on the outdoor fire pit and perfect indoor pool for the kids. Speaking of the kids, level 0 gaming room was an absolute delight. We had no idea it was there until we checked in. A huge surprise for us and really made the stay for the kids. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to any families staying in the area
Amazing breakfest for sure, a lot of choice in the mornining starts at 6am. The hotel is very closed to the Yellowstone National Park, market, USPS, gas station are all closed to the hotel. They also have a small swimming pool and hot tub you can use. The room is very big, it comes with microwave and fridge, so I can heat my room in my room if necessary. Washer and dryer also offer in this place, you can ask for coins in the front desk and do laundry if you need.
This place is one of our favorite hotels when we stay in west Yellowstone. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We ended up having an extra guest with us (5) people and we had originally booked a 2 queen room. They were super nice and upgraded to the business one with extra space since they didn’t have a room with a couch. Housekeeping super nice. Facility was super clean. Could have done a better job with the ice on the sidewalks around the building.
This hotel was a great option for West Yellowstone! It feels recently remodeled, with tasteful Western-style decor and comfortable beds. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the reception was very helpful and friendly. We easily walked a few blocks to get dinner, and the hotel's location near the entrance of Yellowstone is incredibly convenient. The hotel felt quiet and safe, a comfortable retreat after a day of strenuous outdoor activities in the park.
worm in the bathtub. Most Staff doesn’t speak English. Front desk most of the time no attendant there. Front desk staff is rude.even the manager on duty doesn’t care for the guests. Facilities is not so good, no napkins in the cafeteria. Cant find a pen and a piece of paper in the room and front desk. Door K
eys most the time not working! Laundry room room is not working.Worst hotel in the west Yellowstone area!
I think this hotel may be a little older, but it is quite comfortable and inside the room, it's just like a Best Western hotel. The town of West Yellowstone is a busy place but the hotel is far enough from the busy street that it is quiet. It had a fridge and microwave. I thought this was a gem of a hotel to stay in and very close to the entrance of Yellowstone and near shopping and the museum.
Location is great-right outside of the West Yellowstone entrance and easily able to walk to local shopping, places to eat and bars. Good value in comparison to other local hotels. Hotel was clean. The staff at front desk were very friendly. Enjoyed being on the second floor with the ability to open the window and bring in the fresh mountain air. Rooms are spacious as well.
Good convenient location near West Yellowstone park entrance. There was adequate parking onsite. The rooms were small but kept clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There was hot water and coffee available at front desk 24/7. The breakfast was good and stayed open even a little past closing time which was helpful.
Hotel is at a good location, a bit off the bustle of the village, and of course very close to the park entrance. Everything was functional and seemed to be clean. Very friendly staff being very clear about hotel policies and important information. Parking was great and WiFi was good. Kids liked the indoor pool.
The employees at the front desk made sure that we were well taken care of. The atmosphere and cleanliness made our stay memorable. We also enjoyed the rustic look of the hotel. It was unique and very well thought out. Definitely recommending this hotel to anyone who is passing through West Yellowstone!
Literally on the edge of Yellowstone Nation Park, great value for money, West Yellowstone is small so only a short walk to bars or places to eat nearby.
Would recommend to anyone looking to see Yellowstone on a budget without wanting to sacrifice quality 👍
This is a great location for exploring the park, the cabin is for those who what privacy and what their own kitchen for food, if your an organic person and coming through Jackson stop at the Whole Foods on your way up to West Yellowstone.
Breakfast was ok. Our rooms were clean and in a quiet location except for the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Hotel is near the West Entrance of the Yellowstone Nationalpark.
Great location right in town could walk everywhere and only a 10 min drive to yellowstone park entrance. Hotel was super cozy and gave a cool yellowstone vibe. Beds were very comfy!
